We have subjected our cassettes and screens manufacture process to a complex quality assurance, inspection, and testing protocol to ensure superb performance in the most challenging situations.

Our facilities are equipped with a huge array of quality and test equipment that records and verifies the output of every stage in the manufacturing process. We subject a statistically significant percentage of our output to X-ray testing of every kind, such as contact testing, speed testing, resolution and mottle, light integrity of the cassette as well as cassette window, and a range of durability tests. Our facilities include an in-house Radiographic Testing Centre designed in co-operation with a global leader in X-ray system manufacture.

Our quality systems are assessed and certified as per the guidelines of ISO 9001:2008, ISO 13485:2003, and the US FDA.

Our cassettes and screens comply with the council directive 93 / 42 / EEC and follow the CE 4090 guidelines.
